The Power of Subconscious Mind,some Exercise

Many people can not believe that the human mind,and subconscious mind has so many great possibilities.

 And it is a good thing, a pinch of healthy skepticism, does not hurt anyone, but we must now verify if you really believe in all the things I write… Remember, your faith is food for your subconscious mind.

I want share you some exercise, that will prove to you, how your subconscious mind impact on your body.

Your inner alarm clock

Imagine a giant clock with the time that is right now. Then move the clock for morning hour and ask the subconscious „;Please wake me at this time”.You can say it only in your mind, or loud.The most important thing is the mental picture of the clock with the time that you want to be awaken.

Many people doing this exercise, cannot sleep at night. Why? It is because of the fear that they will not wake up. Remember that your subconscious mind cannot think by itself, but it feels your fears and responding to it in natural way.

The power of your subconscious mind can be use to everything. Just try it.
