About pivot animations.

Pivot is a downloadable program that lets you create small stick figure animations. These animations can then be posted on websites such as YouTube for entertainment or other purposes. Pivot is probably the easiest way to make a stick figure animation. This is because unlike flash,you do not have to continuously redraw the image and only make slight alterations at a time.
The way pivot works is that you take your stick figure and position him how you want and press the next frame button, you will notice that your stick figure hasn’t moved. Next you move him a slight bit by clicking and dragging a joint or end of a leg or arm and press the next frame button. You will now have 2 frames, you continue with this untill you have as long of a movie as you want.
