Your computer needs to be fast to be able to do the stuff you want, but sometimes computers over time get slower and slower, but here are some ways to speed it up!

1.  Getting a registry cleaner would probably help, Eusing, a totally free registry cleaner has been tested on Softpedia and they said it works fine. Another registry cleaner, Ccleaner also tested by Softpedia was said it works too. Just download the one you want and your on your way to a fast computer!
2.  If you have windows you probably have the defrag option built into your computer. To access this you go to Start>Control Panel>Performance and Maintenance>Then click on the last task on the Pick a Task column. 
3. After the defrag has been complete, go back to the Performance and Maintenance page and click on “Free Up Space On Your Hard Disk” once complete your computer should be way faster then before. If you have a mac or just don’t have defrag on your computer you can go to softpedia.com and search for one. 
4. If you still want your computer to go even faster try switching your internet provider, like if you have AOL switch to Verizon or Comcast. You can also get Net Scape or Net Zero it’s still dial up but switching between internet providers and picking the best one could help.
5. If your computer is still not where you want it, if you sign up for AOL they give you a free access to Mac-Fee, you can then run a scan to see if you have a virus in your computer.
