On 12.07.05, In A quick picture tutorial of how to make a nice and easy screaming wobble. First of many wobbles. Will be posted at our site UBOmusic.com.
OSCILLATORS – Set OSC 1 to Disto and drop it down 2 octaves. Pan the Wt all the way to right and drop the intensity to about 2 o’clock. Last thing to OSC 1 is to have the mix all the way up to F1.
FILTERS – Next We are going to choose the Bandpass Filter and have the Cutoff and Bandwidth at 12 o’clock. Drop an LFO on the cutoff and just add a little bit, We will set the lfo later. Next turn the Resonance to 9 o’clock and turn the level of the filter down a little. *Remember you should not follow this exactly, expirement with each adjustment i explain through this process and better the sound as you go*
MODULATION OSC - click the phase on osc 1 and turn the phase up to 12 o’clock and pitch it up an octave.
INSERTS – hard clipper on insert 1 and turn both knobs to about 9 o’clock.
LFO – on the top click Bending 1 as the wav. Move it over to the left so it starts and ends on the middle line. Next i sync the ratio and click and ratio you like. I automate this through my daw so i leave it at default.
Fxs and Eq - this really all depends on your track you are using it for but for now i added a slight reverb and dimension expander. Eqing wise i added some mid n high and lower the low end and i will layer this with a sub.
