For those who want to know how to convert and make video’s into HD you’ve come to the right spot. First you will need to go to http://www.formatoz.com/ and click download on the right side of the web page.

I’ve made sure anything I give you to download is virus free so don’t worry. After you have downloaded this converter install it then proceed to the next step. This will help you convert any file like .flv into .mp4 which is needed to make HD. Next you need to download the HD converter from http://www.squared5.com/ click on the download version you need.

Squared 5 doesn’t need to be installed because it runs from its folder. Now that you have all the necessary software you can now start converting. Find a file you want to convert into HD run it through Squared 5 first.

If it gives you some quicktime error it just means you will have to download quicktime from Apple and it’s completely free just go to http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/

Once you have this downloaded and installed Quicktime run Squared 5 again and it should start without a problem.

Now click on File then click on Open Files… browse around for your video file then double click it and it should open it. If it gives you a format error that’s where Format Factory comes in. Open it then click on All to MP4

Next Add a File

Browse for it then open it then press OK on the top right corner. Then you can start converting the file into an .mp4 file.

After its finished you will be able to run it through Squared 5. Open Squared 5 then click Open Files…. look around for the .mp4 file then open it.

Now that its opened click on File then click on Export to MPEG-4… then this screen pops up

You can change quality and FPS as you wish but make sure u have Frame Size set to 1280x 720 (HDTV 720p) and you must check Deinterlace Video when your done just click Make MP4 you will have to wait quite a while for the finished product but it will be worth it. After you have converted it into a HD video you will be able to upload  it to Youtube as HD.
