Here are some step by step instruction on how to change the language in Pages 09. It is surprisingly simple, and you will get it done in no time. This is one of the small things which dont appear in the help section but which is really important. And coming from Microsoft Word, in which changing the language is really easy, it becomes much harder in pages 09.
1) Open pages 09
2) Click on the Inspector button on the top toolbar or go View – Show inspector
3) Go to the text tab
4) Click on More
5) Go to language and set it to whatever you want
