Don’t Let Your Hand Writing Uniqueness be Lost!

From business to education to public use, handwritten task are slowly replaced with the use of keyboards. Do you still remember when was the last time that you really write something?

Reason for the use of typing compared with handwriting

One of the reason as to why handwritten task are slowly replaced by typing is due to presentation. As compared to handwritten documents, typing of information helps to make presentation looks standard and consistent. And when required, with the use of computers, the document can be saved for future usage and reference and the typed information can be readily edit and/or reused when required.

When you are writing on a piece of paper, chances that you are likely made an error is quite high, even if it means copying directly from another source. And also, it is difficult to maintain the same font size when writing because as we write, the strength that we used will differ resulting in inconsistency and editing of information could be an hassle.

Advantage of typing

  • Information inaccuracy

Although there are gadgets that allows handwriting to the computer system, but handwriting uniqueness might not be appropriate if for business use such as for the presentation slides for the company, or documentations for future use.

I remember in the past, whenever I visit the doctors, they wrote tons of stuffs on my medical cards but their handwriting is beyond my understanding. Many times, the nurse could be seen consulting the doctor for verifying the written information. Thus, typing of information can accurately indicate the doctor’s analysis.

Advantage of handwriting

·         Uniqueness

Although there are possible handwriting imitation writers, but handwriting is as unique as your signature. Thus, it helps to identity the original writer’s identity.

Think about this, when was the last time that you have written something on paper?

Signing on a document or a bill? If one day, signatures replaced by other means of authorization, then the chances of your writing uniqueness will be reduced significantly!

Thus, don’t lost your hand writing uniqueness!
