Create Your Own “Army Strong” Spiral Notebook

If you are trying to show pride for your soldier, and would like to carry an Army themed notebook to school, this is one way to create your own “Army Strong” spiral notebook.

You will need to purchase one spiral notebook (any plain color that you like), one sheet of digital camo duct tape (available at Staples), one sheet of hot pink duct tape (you may use any color that you like) and you may also want to purchase either stencils or stick-on adhesive letters.

First, cover the front of the notebook, using the digital camo duct tape sheet.  Next, cut out a heart shape from the hot pink duct tape sheet.  Place it in the center of the notebook.  You may either cut out your own letters (print a pattern from Microsoft Word or any software that you have) from the remaining duct tape, or use stick on letters to finish with “Army Strong,” your soldier’s name or any other message that you like.

This also works well with a star instead of a heart (especially if you are going for a less “girly” look).  You should end up with something similar to this:
