I currently use this software by Piroform. It is actually called CCleaner; short for Crap Cleaner. From the name itself, it can help fix your registry by deleting “crap” or any unused junk files from your hardware disk, thus, eliminating frequent errors and boost your system. The application cleans traces from Windows, IE, Mozilla, or any other legitimate browsers and third-party applications. It currently is almost being downloaded almost 3 Million times. It is a free software, by the way

(the CCleaner is about to delete 35 Megabytes from my data. Those are unused data so it really is a relief to delete those “CRAP”
