I recently created a small tutorial on how to create a simple web browser in three minutes with some really basic lines of code. The program that you will need to follow the tutorial is Visual basic 2008.

Visual basic is maybe the world’s most simple programming language. to prove my point watch the tutorial. Visual basic can be used for FREE (the express edition) and it can be used to create programs, games viruses (woops did I say that?).

If you want to add more functions you can do so. There are some really simple lines of code that will allow you to create excellent programs. Even if I am not a master in coding with Visual basic or any other program, you can still create games and pc programs with ease.

I myself have been recently reading a book called: Visual basic game programming for teens. The book gave me some ideas on how to improve my programs and how I can load backgrounds and use Direct3D.
