Experts at W3Techs analyzed a million most popular network resources according to Alexa, and the results of the study were rating systems, CMS (Content Management Systems).
According to published reports, CMS has been found only in 22,4% special spider crawled sites, in other words, every fifth Internet site. It was revealed that 12.4% of all respondents resources operate under the control of WordPress, 2,4% deployed using Joomla and 1.4% are based on the platform Drupal. There is a dominant market position CMS open source solutions, developed by the efforts of enthusiasts from all over the world.

No less interesting is the presence in the list of domestic content management system “1C-Bitrix, appearing at the 13th position with a share of 0,2% and disseminated on a commercial basis. Also, it should be noted that on the part of a freely distributed CMS W3Techs statistics gathered by analysts largely repeats the company reports iTrack, also showing a large number of sites in RuNet, built on WordPress and Joomla.
