New Neat Javascript Tricks: Edit, Fly, Scroll and Hate Trick

Some very neat JavaScript I have collected over a period of time.

MUST READ

Due to the way this site is programmed, the codes will not work if you copy and paste them into the address bar. A solution is to download a text file with all of the codes in them so you have a copy that is offline.

Here is the download link:

How to use codes

To use codes, copy the ‘codes’ (all starting in javascript, and past into the address bar and hit enter, may not work with Google Chrome, will work with Internet Explorer)

Fly Code:

This will make images on a site fly around in a ‘8′ shape. Best to use this with Google images or a page with many pictures.

Code:

javascript:R=0; x1=.1; y1=.05; x2=.25; y2=.24; x3=1.6; y3=.24;x4=300; y4=200; x5=300; y5=200; DI=document.images; DIL=DI.length;function A(){for(i=0; i

Scroll Code:

This will make your current page scroll up and down really fast automatically, it will stop by itself after a while.

Code:

javascript: for (var int = 0; int < 600; int++) { var rand = Math.floor(Math.random()*600); window.scroll(0, rand); } void(0);

Image: NO IMAGE AS IMAGE WILL RESULT IN STILL PHOTO

Hate Code:

This will make your page display a popup that cannot be removed unless you click the ok button (only available button) 500 times.

You can change the 500 below to whatever you wish, you may also change the left! in quotations to whatever message you want. There is a custom one below as an example.

Code:

javascript: var t = 500; for (var int = 0; int < t; int++) { var l = t – int; alert(l +’ left!’); } void(0);

Example of Custom Code:

This one goes for 10 and the message is about a virus.

Code:

javascript: var t = 10; for (var int = 0; int < t; int++) { var l = t – int; alert(l +’ virus left /WARNING : If shutdown virus will spread!’); } void(0);

Edit Code:

This will enable you to edit any text and image positions on a website, it does not really change the website but it does make it look like it. A simple refresh removes all changes. This one is well known unlike the other ones.

Code:

javascript: document.body.contentEditable = ‘true’; document.designMode = ‘on’; void 0
