Do at least 10 lifts and switch sides to repeat with your other leg.
Now stand up and work your butt. Swing your left leg behind you, keeping your back straight and pointing your toes. Hold briefly. You should feel the muscles in your butt tightening. Now, lower your foot to the floor and repeat with your other leg. Continue until you tire.
Now shape up those arms. Grasp an unopened bottle of wine to use as a weight. Standing, hold it out in front of your chest with elbows slightly bent, and clutch the large part tightly for the count of 10. You should feel tension in your arms and chest.
