Scanner Utility
The Scanner Utility can be used to increase the maximum
resolution of the scanner driver for resolutions greater than 1200dpi.
NOTE:
- Scanning at resolutions greater than 1200dpi can create large file
sizes and may cause problems with some scanning applications.
For Windows(R) XP Users:
If your machine includes a Legal Sized Flatbed Scanner or
an ADF (automatic document feeder), then the Scanner Utility
can also be used to configure the Windows(R) XP Scanner Driver
to scan Legal Size paper.
NOTE:
- It is not possible to scan Legal Size documents from your machine
unless your machine has a Legal Sized Flatbed Scanner.
