Dell:

Quality: Dell’s has some really really great computers with there two most recognized brands being Inspiron and XPS. Inspiron would get a 7/10 for quality but XPs has the best quality of any computer company I have ever used better than macs, IBMs, and way better than HPs 11/10 vostro: 9/10 latitude 10/10 studio 10/10 Avg: 9.5/10

Features: Again it depends on the brand of Dell. The insprion, Xps, Vostro all have great features but latitude lacks those features and replaces them with high quality at a superior price. 9/10

support: Now that Dell has moved its costumer support to India: 7/10

price:Buying direct from Dell is a great way to get a great pc at a great price even beating gateway and IBM. Along with all those sales that dell always has… you just can not beat Dell’s prices. 10/10

innovation: Althouvb tbere is much speculation against dell not being as innovative as others Dell’s XPS 9000 has 24 GB Tri-channel DDR3 SDRAM if that’s not innovation when the average on the computer market right now is like 2GB try multiplying the average by 12 and that’s how many years Dell is ahead of HP: 10/10.

HP: 

I don’t want to talk about HP I grew up with it and let me tell you it was HELL fried hard drive, followed by fried graphics card, melted processor and not just with one computer but with over 7 that I’ve owned, and I’ll tell you I am never buying one again. 0/10 (sorry hp fanboys but it is true).

Features Okay I must admit some of HPs pavilions have alright features so: 8/10.

support is okay but not as good as I would expect: 8/10.

HP is overpriced as hell: 5/10.

Innovation: HP has had some innovation in printers and such although its computers haven’t advanced to much: 7/10.

overall:5.6/10

Style: In style Dell wins again. Dell has a ton of customizable with bamboo finishes on dell minis and a wide array of colors designs and sizes with hp having a line of full black and hp saying black is the new black but dell is for everyone.
