What you really need to know before you rent from the little red boxes again.
This is a warning to any and all who are currently using redbox for video rentals.
I have been using redbox for a few months and at first it seemed as though everything was fine. Then two days in a row I had problems returning the rentals to redbox. The kiosks aren’t very reliable and therefor you may end up with more than you had originally bargained for. I finally got one of the rentals to return into the kiosk ,but the kiosk reader didn’t read it so I was charged again for the movie even though it was returned. The second movie I rented, ended up being 2 days late because the kiosk was down and therefore I was charged again. I believe this is the biggest scheme ever. Let me know if you have had any similar experiences.
