How to remove scratches from most CDs and DVDs.
One of the most annoying thing that can happen to me is buying an expensive CD or DVD, and not being able to use it anymore because it got scratched so badly! Well here’s a helpful hint on how to remove scratches from most CDs or DVDs.
Ingredients Needed: Airtight Container, Diet Soda, Baking Soda, Toothpaste, Creamy Peanut Butter (chunky will scratch it even more!), and paper towels.
Step 1: Add toothpaste to your CD or DVD.
Step 2: Then apply peanut butter right on top of the toothpaste.
Step 3: After about 2 minutes, gently remove the toothpaste and peanut butter with a paper towel.
Step 4: Do steps 1 and 2 again by reapplying toothpaste, then reapplying the peanut butter.
Step 5: Put the disc inside of the container and pour the diet soda in it then mix some baking soda into the mix and seal the lid.
Step 6: After about 5 minutes, remove the disc and clean it with the paper towels.
Step 7: Pop the disc back into its player, and enjoy!
I hope you all enjoy this tip on how to clean your disc!
