How to take care of your PC technically.
Before using this method it is recommended that you have the following -
PC (this article is not directed at macs)

Do this on a monthly basses (you can create your own schedule)
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO YOUR SYSTEM, CONTINUE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
What you will need -
- CCleaner-
- Used to remove unwanted/temporary files. (Download and Install)
- Avast Antivirus -
- Used to remove viruses free and easy to use. (Download and install)
- SUPERantispyware-
- Very good at removing spyware. (Download and install)
- Defragmentation source (comes with Vista)
- All these can be found through google…
What to do-
First of all make sure that your computer is plugged into an ac adaptor and that your computer does not sleep or shut down automatically as you may want to leave your computer unattended.
1.Run CCleaner to remove any ‘spare’ files and times throughout your system, CCleaner can also be configured to skip your private or necessary files.
2.Run SUPERantispyware on ‘full scan’ (This can take very long)
3.Run Avast antivirus to scan local drives and the ‘C:’ drive on ‘through scan’ (Can also take very long)
4.At the end run a defragmentation by going to search (Vista start bar) and typing in ‘defrag’. (This will take very, very long!)
After you have finished ‘step: 4′ restart you computer and you should be ready to go. You may not see any difference but at least you are taking care of you computer in a technical way.
