Everyone expected that, it was only a matter of few days. I am talking about the film about the life of Steve Jobs, the (copy)rights which seems close to be purchased by Sony Pictures. The film based on Steve Jobs’ biography by Walter Isaacson, who was to be released in November, but after recent events, shifted to October 24. Sony Pictures seems that, after and The Social Network that won 3 Oscars, this movie is the ideal candidate…

The biography which is consisted of 448 pages will be released in a few weeks, including more than 40 interviews with Steve Jobs and more than 100 conversations with friends, family members, partners and competitors. Steve jobs refused for many years to give the ok for an official biography, but finally agreed when he spoke with Isaacson. Isaacson has written biographies on Henry Kissinger, Benjamin Franklin and Albert Einstein.
Sony Pictures has the upper hand on the discussions about the film, but nobody knows when that will be released in cinemas. The only certainty thing is that the “noise” created around it, would be tantamount, if not greater, to that of The Social Network.
