Robot killers Soon Coming to Town Near You.

We all know that the robot can be mass produced and programmed to kill. According to the robot expert Noel Sharkey, who spoke at a leading research institution in the UK defense, RIS, 4,000 robots deployed in Iraq, but they are all “dumb machines with very limited sensing capability.” Apparently, they can not distinguish between civilians and terrorists. Not very useful. But the next generation will be improved.
The U.S. will spend a whopping $ 24 billion on unmanned systems technology in 2013, and I suspect that at least a fraction of the cost of this will lead to robot-programming is their intelligence to figure out who to kill, what weapons are used, and when to take one for the team. Plus we just got word from a security warning about a new generation of robot soldiers that come from countries like India, China, Israel, and Russia. This could be a projection of a serious all-out war-on-bot bot internationally. Stay tuned.
