Learn how to customize html, css, xml and so much more!
If you want to learn how to customize/ create website templates, widgets, etc., you are going to need to learn the basics of html, xml and css. I have found a site that actually teaches you coding for html, css, xml, and so much more!
The name of the website is W3Schools. The website teaches you how to do it all and at your own pace. You do not need to sign-up for the site or anything. I learned how to customize templates literally within 30 minutes. The tutorials are fast and easy. The website even lets you try the coding yourself! If you want to learn how to customize here is the following:
1) Pictures
2) Text Fonts
3) Color change
4) Add email addresses within words
5) Make websites
6) Add links within words
This is the place to learn it. You can also take quizzes on the website to see how advanced you are in coding. If you are thinking about becoming an expert in coding, I recommend that you really study hard and take the quizzes that W3Schools offer. You can even receive your diploma with W3Schools but that part of it isn’t free. They are giving you the tools you need in ordering for you to succeed.

This seems like the perfect starting school for a beginner to website construction! I wish I had plenty of time to check this out but this certainly seems like something I’d want to do during the summer or during my Christmas holidays!
