I am in the market for a laptop. Can anyone help me?
Hey guys, my name is Paul and I am in the market for a laptop/notebook and I am hoping you can help me. I have about $2000 to spend on a laptop and I would like to know what sort of laptop I can buy.
The type of work I do involves quite a lot of Internet work as I spend a lot of time on the Internet, writing emails and spending alot of time on social networking websites promoting different events that I organise.
I am also in the process of creating my very own social networking website that will specialize in helping people with disabilities in our communities. So as you can see I do use the computer quite a lot, but I am just not sure what I want so I am hoping you guys can help me out.

Now I have been doing a little research myself on the different sorts of laptops/notebooks you can get, but I am just not too sure what laptop/notebook would best suite me.
The BenQ Joybook Lite U101 netbook
This netbook features
Processor : Intel Atom
It has a bright screen and only 1.1kg in weight. According to PC World the netbook is also easily upgradable.
The netbook is only $699 and is very affordable
Apple Mac Book Pro (13in)
OK, I may have said that I wanted a Laptop under $2000, but I have always been a fan of Apples products.
This laptop features:
Processor : Intel Core 2 Duo
The Apple Mac book has a long lasting battery, is built very well and is also durable. This Mac book also has a muti-touch track pad, extensive processor and different RAM options.
One big difference I know apple has over Windows is that Apple computers do not carry viruses.
HP Mini 2140
This laptop features
Processor : Intel Atom
5400rpm hard drive, 2GB RAM, 802.11n Wi-Fi, Gigabit Ethernet, small
OK, so here are three sorts of different laptops that I picked from the Australian PC World website that I have taken some interest in, however I am not the best at choosing laptops that are suited for me.
I look forward to hearing your thoughts and suggestions.
