The most anticipated mobile operating system for 2012 is just around the corner.
After the “great” release of the iPhone 4S last year, everybody has waited long enough for the world premiere of the iOS 6. Now there are new changes to the mobile operating system as Apple as made new things because they may want to hold their customers back from buying other phones.
There are about … Changes made in iOS 6:
the new iStore app – Instead of making two seperate apps for iTunes and the App store, Apple decided that they should just merge the two apps into one just like the old iPod app in the iOS4 for iPhones. the icon is “very” creative with just the two original colors for the seperate icons merging together and the iTunes application on the computers now on the iDevices.
Dictionary App – Im pretty sure most mac users will know about this application somehow because its probably gonna be used a lot. Now its also on iDevices, how convenient!? anyways, it functions pretty much like the computer version you search for a word and you get a full definition.
Updated Spotlight – Remember how we used to try and communicate with the crappy spotlight and it doesn’t really seem to work out i.e. no results that you want is in the spotlight. NOW, they updated it so that it is more convenient to use. For example, if would type an mathematical equation to the search field e.g. 1+2, there will be a calculator app result that will pop out showing the answer of the question you just typed into. This also works for words that you would like to find on the dictionary app.
Updated Multitasking in Safari - The iOS 4 and iOS 5 only allows vertical multitasking i.e. multitasking when the the iDevice is up straight. Now, iOS 6 allows you web surfers to multitask while you’re holding your iDevice horizontally.
Thats about it folks, theses are the highlights of the new features of the upcoming iOS 6 update that will probably go viral once more. If you like this article please send it to your friends, family, co-workers, whatever.
