- First of all restart your computer. once you have restarted your computer the welcome screen should pop up.
- On the welcome screen where you have to insert your pass word press ctrl-alt-delete twice. By pressing ctrl-alt-delete twice you should see it change to safety mode log in.
- Once the safety mode log in appears, in the account box type in administrator.
- If you bought your computer in a store there is a big chance that your administrator account doesnt have a password. if that is the case then just press ok and it should log in. If your administrator account does have password and you know what it is type it in. On the other hand of it has a password and you dont know it you can either go to a computer store and pay them to reformat your computer, or if you know how you can reformat it yourself.
- Once you have logged in simply go to control panel, user accounts, your account, change or remove password.
- If you had you computer reformated or you reformated it then you dont have to go to control panel and user account, unless you wanna set a password.
Thats all there is to it. a very simple method of getting your forgotten, or changed password back.
