This is a list of free programs as well as websites so you can extract youtube videos and swf files.
Getting youtube videos
Get the url of the youtube video, go to savevid.com and paste it into the toolbox, click download and wait a little bit, then click download mp4 to start downloading.
swf files from newgrounds
This one is not as easy as getting youtube.videos, but it is still pretty simple.
Go to the webpage of the newgrounds project you want to download
Right click on the little toolbox above the project that has the title of the project, not on any words though.
Click on view page source, then press crtl+f and search “swf”
The one you want to choose is the second result. Here is an example
“http://uploads.ungrounded.net/199000/199248_Super_Mario_Flash_HV.swf”
Copy the search result that looks like the above url.
Open up a word program, like notepad, then type in
download
Save it as a .htm file, then open it and right click on download and click on save target as.
Save it wherever you want to

Google whichever of the following programs to download them. Make sure to get the free version
swf decompiler premium, swiff player

can you go through the step about saving .swf files again please. I tried to follow the step above but i got confused :S
