Pictures from the first to the latest computers

Hello people!

I’m going to show you some pictures of the first & latest computers in this world.

But first i want to tell about the computer itself:

What is a computer actually and what is the computers history?

A computer is a Data-machine or a specialist in the category Calculating, which can make automatic calculations.

The word “computer” comes from the 1960s but has gradually been supplanted by the word computer. Professor Peter Naur, who was offered the post as the first Danish professor of Computer Science, asked at a meeting if there was someone who had another word the word computer. Per Brinch Hansen came up  with Data-Machine and Datamatic.
Another old word is “workstation”, a computer, which solves one or more specialized tasks. Today the word has become outdated, but is still used on free-standing powerful PCs which for example use multilateral calculations.

Until the invention of computers was the word “computer” in the English used on people, usually women, who performed mathematical calculations, either with a calculator or with pen and paper, until they were useless because the data the machine was penetrated.
So all we need now is to look at these fantastic pictures:

Do you think you would be able to have a computer in your room if it was this big?

I guess it’s a bad day if something suddenly doesn’t work in your computer. As written in the picture: You would need to check 19.000 parts for errors and failures.

So would you know what to do with this computer? Probably not…

Imagine you need to send an E-mail or check the status of *something*..

You would have to do as this guy! Wow.. We just sitting still on our butts. All we got to do is to move our fingers and hands.

If i had this computer in my room it would probably be the only thing i had in there!

Imagine the whole family had a computer like this? Jesus!

Here’s another one. Some guy probably tried to create a cover for his PC.

This computer makes the room a labyrinth!! How can a computer go from looking like that to looking like the laptops we’re all using these days? Stunning!

So this is chaos made of buttons. Look at all those. What do they do? How are you going to be able to remember what those things does?

So i guess its not funny if anything breaks. 

So FINALLY we get to see a screen. This computer is really fancy: I can see the phone in the upper right corner. Computer and phone… wow!

Look at his keyboard! Jesus.

So… Can anyone explain me what this is?

It might be the screen in the middle but im not sure. Anyway.. Point: Total mess.

So why is she playing piano? .. Hmm ..

OH it’s a computer! but without screen?

If i had a computer without a screen i would feel blind.

OK so the computer has shrinked a lot.. I still wouldn’t be able to have it in my room. This looks like a big radar or some kind of militia stuff. I Wonder why the screen is round?

Watch out for the man-eating computer!

I wonder what this thing can do. It got to be something really cool course else it wouldn’t be that big.

Or would it?

OK so the genius who made this thing finally made a real keyboard. And something that looks like a mouse. 3 buttons… It looks like he rotated the screen a little too much but what the heck, he probably didn’t know what it was himself.

So here we go. This is not so big compared to the first pictures we looked at, but it’s still too big. It actually looks like some of those sad machines they used in supermarkets some years ago.

First television with keyboard!! .. oh.. No wait that’s a computer. My bad

It’s really beginning to look like real computers!

OK i know this is a bit of a long jump in the computer technology.
But this is kind of what we got today. Look at this beauty. Everything is wireless!

I think its fantastic how the computer technology has gone from the first picture we saw..
