They are well versed in reporting purposes. They dont require more cost in maintenance. Almost most of the small business organizations use this database to use mainly with their accounting operations to know how much profits they earn within the domain of the small business. since the operations are easy, the help file associated with them are well enough to learn them but requires some Computer information systems background to work with it.
