One problem with people who use computer is eye fatigue. Staring at the same screen for a long time can make our eyes tired. The strain put on the eyes are making our eyesight weaker. What we can do to reduce the strain? Once in a while, put a rest to your eyes by focusing objects far away from your stand. Eyes are like muscle. Exercise them by repeatedly focusing on objects short and long distance. Give the eyes a look to its favorite color; green that will refreshes them.
Computer screens and monitors produce radiation that may harm human health. It will not just harm our eyes but also have the possibility to promote cancerous cells growth. To reduce the risk we can use monitor filters. Hang it on the screen and we will have a safer image to see.
Have you ever feel pain at your neck or your back when you watch the computer? This can be a result of not sitting properly while doing your work. Sit down properly and try to level the screen or monitor so that we do not have to strain our back. A good posture whiles sitting can contribute to the efficiency of our job.
