Apple software on iPads and iPhones had a defect that posed a danger to users of the iPad and the iPhone.
The flaw in the Apple Software posed a security risk for iPad, iPod, iPhone and other users who download Apple software. The defect provided a way for hackers to gain access to confidential data.

The flaw made it possible for hackers to gain remote control of Apple devices, spy on passwords, text messages and emails and even listen to the phone calls of iPhone customers.
IPhone and iPad users would have exposed their system to danger in two ways: ether by clicking in an infected PDF file, or by clicking on a website with an infected PDF file.

Apple users will be protected as long as they install the Apple update that was recently released. IPhone and iPad users who do not download the software have no guarantee that their devices will not be infected.

After releasing the software update, Apple hired one of the hackers who had developed jailbreaks for its devices in the past.

The jailbreaker is 19-year old Nicholas Allegra. Nicholas Allegra is known for JailBreakMe. JailBreakMe is a website that makes jailbreaking easy for Apple customers who choose to jailbreak their devices- i.e tamper with the operating system- in order to be able to use third-party apps and use their devices in other ways Apple hadn’t planned. About 1 in every 10 iPhones has been subjected to jailbreaking.

Sounds scary.
Thanks for the warning. It is always good to know anything related to security issues.
That is good that the flaw was fixed. That would have been disastrous to people if it did not get fixed. Thanks for letting us know.

Thanks for sharing. I love Apple products, though.
A good awareness.

Thanks Wonder.
Interesting. I had no idea iPads had flawed security. I’ve always considered security flaws to be the sole domain of Microsoft’s Windows
