My Phone: Samsung Galaxy S11
This is my list of the ten most useful Android Apps I have on my phone, most of these apps are free, but also have a paid for version that is add free.
This I would call a fun GPS system, you can easily add information as you drive, for example reporting accidents but no just an accident but what type, traffic information such as road works and this information is available to all other users in your area, Reporting if there are hidden cameras or if the police are just parked as the traffic pass by, It is also possible if you want, to contact other members and if you so wish chat with them.

Now I appreciate that this is only good for UK residents but I just had to add it as it is so good, it lists over 100 UK birds all with detailed information on each one, beautiful pictures and you can even listen to the birds song, there are also two quizzes one on the species and one on its song,
Number three on my list of must have apps is
- TuneIn Radio Pro
This is just what you think it is a radio, but in my opinion the best.
Of the six sports apps I have on my phone I have picked
as the one I use the most for keeping me up to date on my football I also use ESPN sports center and Sky Football SC
If your keen on keeping fit you can do no better than
- Endomon Pro
A great app to keep track on your running or walking, its very easy to use, and has many other features such as workout programs Etc.
- Maps Ruler 2
Is THE way to measure the distance between places, so if you are planning a trip, or you just want to measure just how far you have cycled this is the app for you.
Is not just a dictionary, it gives you “the word of the day” a built in thesaurus and a lot more.

Is a must have for all you budding astronomers
And I couldn’t live without
This handy utility allows me to store information on any computer and retrieve it form any other computer, It can be on my phone as well as my laptop, whilst I am out, I can take a picture from my phone camera and it is automatically loaded onto “Dropbox” I can then see it on my laptop when I get home, (Great for adding pics to my Wikinut or Triond articles).

Is the one I use, but there are many other very good ones these include: – Avast, AVG, Dr. Web Antivirus Light, F-Secure Mobile Security, IKARUS mobile, Kaspersky Mobile Security Lite, and Zoner Antivirus Free.
